    TSRC (TVT Security Response Center) is responsible for accepting, handling and publicly disclosing security vulnerabilities associated with products and solutions, and TSRC is the only export of disclosure of the company's vulnerability information. TVT encourages loopholes researchers, industry organizations and suppliers to proactively report security vulnerabilities related to products to TSRC.

    You can send mail to tsrc@tvt.net.cn to report the vulnerabilities you found, After you have submitted your report, we will respond to your report within 5 working days and aim to triage your report within 10 working days. We will also aim to keep you informed of our progress. Priority for remediation is assessed by looking at the impact, severity and exploit complexity. Vulnerability reports might take some time to triage or address. You are welcome to enquire on the status but should avoid doing so more than once every 14 days. This allows our teams to focus on the remediation. We will notify you when the reported vulnerability is remediated, and you may be invited to confirm that the solution covers the vulnerability adequately. In order to protect the security of users and enterprises, hope you do not open and spread before the vulnerability is not restored, TSRC will give back to the broad white hat.

    TVT doesn’t allow any illegal vulnerability disclosure without the consent of TSRC, if white hat publishes or sells the vulnerability report to the 3^rd party, TSRC has the right to reduce or cancel the vulnerability reward, even reserves the right to pursue legal liability.
